The Celebration application (the "Service") is owned and operated by **ecx-labs, inc.** ("We", "Us", or "Our").

## 2. Information We Collect

We collect certain personal information during Your use of the Service:

- **Profile Data**: Email address, Display name, and profile photos.

- **Event Data**: Physical location markers, event timelines, guest RSVPs, and menu preferences configured manually by Hosts and Guests.

- **Story Data**: Any photos or captions naturally uploaded into the Live Story Feed by authorized event guests.

## 3. Use of Your Personal Data

We use Your Personal Data strictly to provide and maintain the Service, including:

- Operating the real-time Live Story Feed.

- Managing Guest Entrance mechanics and secret codes.

- Assisting the Host with event orchestration.

## 4. Data Retention

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You have the ultimate right at any time to execute the "Delete Account" option within your Profile, which immediately destroys your core user identity parameters.
